摘要
目的了解本院双歧杆菌活菌制剂的使用情况，对用药合理性进行分析评价。方法调查本院2005年10月，2006年3月的双歧杆菌活菌制剂处方1395张，统计其使用及联合用药情况。结果本院双歧杆菌活菌制剂主要用于儿科，占71．25％。联合用药占81．51％，与抗生素联用率为24．37％，与其它微生态制剂联合使用率为8，75％。结论双歧杆菌活菌制剂在临床应用中存在许多不合理现象，有待加以改进。
Objective To study the application of bifidobacterium viable pharmaceutics in our hospital and to analyze its reasonableness. Methods An investigation was made to 1395 prescriptions of bifidobacterium viable pharmaceutics from October, 2005 to March,2006 in our hospital, and a statistical study was made to the application and the combine medication. Results Bifidobacterium viable pharmaceutics were mainly applied in the department of pediatrics, taking up 71.25 % ,combine medication took up 81.57% ,the rate of combine medication of bifidobacterium viable pharmaceutics and antibiotics was 24.37% ,and that of bifidobacterium viable pharmaccutics and other mircro-ecological pharmaceutics was 8.75%. Conclusion Thcre exist many unreasonable application of bifidobacterim viable pharmaceutics in clinic, which needs improvement.
