摘要
从战略意义上讲,任何产业发展都是一个过程,这个过程是在一个分析计算基础上进行战略选择的。在对河南及其周边省份文化旅游资源及战略识别和比较基础上,运用迈克尔.波特竞争战略理论,建言河南文化旅游产业要发挥文化旅游资源的优势,从产业链的角度,以差异化竞争战略为主导,以低成本运作为支撑,提升河南文化旅游产业竞争力,发展河南文化产业生产力,壮大河南文化产业的实力,实现河南文化旅游产业的跨越式发展。
From strategic aspect, any industrial development is a course, and “The course carries out strategic option on a analysis cal- culates foundation. ” Based on Michael Porter's theory, distinguishing and comparing the cultural tour resource and strategy between Henan and its periphery provinces, we try to promote the cultural tour industry competition ability of Henan province, develop Henan cultural industrial productivity and show the strength of Henan cultural industry, by developing the advantage of the cultural resource, changing discrepancy competitive strategy into dominant, with low cost running for sustaining from the aspect of industrial chain.
