以工程项目管理为中心,加强施工成本控制,提高承包效益,是施工企业生存和发展的永恒主题。当前,施工企业在成本管理与控制方面存在许多问题,不能适应市场经济发展的需要。建立科学、完善、合理的成本控制体系是企业生存发展的关键,对提高施工项目管理水平有重要意义。
The permanent theme for existence and development of construction companies is to focus on engineering project management, strengthen construction cost control and enhance contract benefit. At present, some aspects of cost management and control of construct companies cannot satisfy the market economic development. To establish perfect, scientific and reasonable cost control system is the key to existence and development of companies, which is important to enhance the management level of construction project.
