本文阐述了以苹果Ⅱ型微机为基础组成的渗碳过程控制系统,说明了用氧探头单参量测定和控制碳势的实用性和可行性,以及在35千瓦井式气体渗碳炉上建立的一套合适的数学模型,并在控制气体渗碳过程的实践中取得了良好的结果。
The article narrates the Apple-Ⅱ microcomputer-based control system of carburizing process, explains the practicability and feasibility of the single parameter measuring and controlling of carbon potential with O2-probe, introduces a reasonable mathematical model, which has been set up on a 35kW pit-type gas carburizing furnace, and fine practical results obtained on carburizing process.
