摘要
活性微凝胶是指表面具有反应基团的特殊微凝胶，通过聚合反应和后处理，可在微凝胶中引入羧基、羟基、磺酸基、氨基等反应性基团。通过溶液聚合、沉淀聚合和乳液聚合等方法制备微凝胶。微凝胶可提高涂料的固含量，改善涂料的流变性能，提高涂料固化速度，以及改进水溶性涂料的施工性和耐久性。
Active microgel is defined as a specific microgel with reactive groups on surface.Carboxyl,hydroxyl,sulfonyl,amino group could be introduced into the microgels through polymerization or after-treatment.The microgels can be prepared by solution polymerization,precipitation polymerization or emulsion polymerization process.Addition of microgel can increase the solid content of coatings, improve the rheology property of coating, speed up the curing, and improve the application performance and durability of water-borne coatings.
