摘要
喷枪与升降机搭配组合成的自动喷涂系统，是当今涂装流水线最常见的设备。正确择定喷枪数量，并使之与升降机合理搭配对降低设备投资、保证涂装质量、减少涂料消耗都至关重要。根据笔者多年从事涂装生产线设计、制造的经验，总结出喷枪与升降机搭配的计算公式，可作为涂装生产线喷涂设备配置的理论依据。
The autospray systems that consist of spray guns and up-down lift is a common used painting facility set in production line recently. Proper determination of the numbers of spray guns that are fitted to the up-down lift is critical to the reduction of equipment investment,ensuring of product quality and reduction of consumption of coating materials. The author, based on his own years of experience in design and manufacturing of painting production line,has proposed a calculation equation for the fitting of spray guns and up-down lift,which could be taken as a theoretical basis for the design of fitness of spray guns and up-down lift in autospray production lines.
