摘要
本文介绍的磨机改造是在电机、减速器、基础位置不允许变动的情况下进行的。通过加大磨机筒体直径达到提高产能的目的;将出料端的一段做成了锥体,以保证物料在磨内的停留时间;为了不增加额外能源,使用了动静压轴承技术。该机改造后运行半年多来,取得了预期效果。
The paper introduces the retrofit of mill, which is done without change of the places of motor, reducer and foundation. The output is increased by means of enlarged mill' s chamber. Part of discharging end is made into cone type to ensure the retaining time of material in the mill. And dynamic and static hydraulic bearing technology is applied to avoid additional energy. The modified ball mill has been running for over half year, achieving satisfied resuits.
