乳化基质油相含量对膨乳炸药爆炸性能影响的实验 被引量:1

摘要 根据实际生产经验和不含TNT工业炸药的发展趋势,将岩石膨化硝铵炸药与乳化基质机械混合后制备膨乳炸药。并用正交实验研究了乳化基质油相含量对膨乳炸药爆炸性能的影响,优化了生产工艺条件和乳化基质配方。实验结果表明,影响膨乳炸药爆炸性能和工艺条件的因素有乳化基质油相含量,乳化基质含量,混合时间以及基质温度,而乳化基质油相含量是决定膨乳炸药爆炸性能的关键因素。 In this paper, according to practical production experience and the development tendency of industrial explosives free from TNT, emulsion matrix/ expanded ammonium nitrate explosive blends are manufactured by mechanical mixing. Influences of oil phase content of emulsion matrix on explosion properties of emulsion matrix/expanded ammonium nitrate explosive blends are studied. Production process and formula of emulsion matrix are optimized. It is shown that factors including oil phase content of emulsion matrix, emulsion matrix content and temperature, mixing time that influence on explosion properties and production process. Oil phase content of emulsion matrix is key factor that influences on explosion properties of this blends.
