摘要
针对图书馆知识服务滞后于用户知识诉求的问题,提出Blog是缓解该问题的一种知识组织与管理的服务机制。介绍Blog在知识提供与知识服务中的5大优势,指出如何利用Blog的这些优势开展学科知识导航、参考咨询、图书馆宣传、用户自主学习等具体的图书馆知识服务,以期借助Blog辅助图书馆进行知识组织与管理,完善图书馆知识服务工作。
Aiming at solving existing problems, this paper points out that Blog is a kind of service mechanism of knowledge organization and management to eliminate the gap between library knowledge service and users' demands. Then this paper introduces Blog's five major advantages in knowledge providing and knowledge service, that is, knowledge filtering and unmodified knowledge, knowledge sharing, knowledge innovation, knowledge transmission and knowledge interaction. At last, the paper elaborates some particular methods of Blog knowledge service for library users, including knowledge navigation, reference, library publicity and user-learning. The author also hopes that with a wide use of Blog in the development of library knowledge organization and management, library knowledge service can be improved to some extend.
