摘要
本文介绍了铁电材料的I-V特性及测量原理、测试系统的组成,并给出了测试软件的流程图。用该测试系统对PZT10铁电陶瓷进行I-V特性测试,测量结果与有关报道相符合。本文设计的系统软件不仅可以对所测的铁电样品进行参数计算、修改和保存数据,而且可以对铁电样品的漏电导和线性感应电容进行补偿,从而获得接近本征特性的I-V曲线。利用该测试系统,可以更加方便地对不同的铁电材料进行研究。
Ferroelectric material Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristic and its measurement principle are introduced, the system structure and software flow chart are given. The Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristic of PZT10 ceramic sample was measured using this system, and the test results are excellent. With this software, the ferroelectric parameters of the sample under test can be calculated; the test data can be modified and saved. Besides, the leak conductance and linear capacitance of the ferroelectric sample can be compensated, so that the intrinsic Ⅰ-Ⅴ curve is obtained. Using this system, researchers could study different ferroelectric materials more conveniently.
