摘要
采用游泳训练方法制备大鼠过度训练模型,电针隔2日一次,观察电针右侧“肾俞”穴对过度训练大鼠的血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性变化的影响。结果表明电针可以明显降低过度训练大鼠血清中CK、LDH和SDH的活性,能明显提高大鼠的运动能力,研究提示,电针可以防治过度训练,提高大鼠的运动能力。
By the training method of swimming,an overtraining model of rats is built to investigate the effects of acupuncturing Shenshu point,which is given once every two days,on the changes of the over-trained rats' CK,LDH and SDH. The results indicate that acupuncturing Shenshu (MS) point can attenuate the overtraining induced changes in CK, LDH, SDH and increase rats' exercise ability significantly. The study shows acupuncturing Shenshu point can he applied to relieve symptoms from overtraining and improve rats' exercise ability.
