教师自身的发展与外语教学水平的提高——浅谈反思性教学在大学英语教学中的应用

摘要 For a long time, there have been extensive and deep studies and researches about how to upgrade the level of language education in universities. Now people have realized that the key factor that influences the language education most is teachers' self-development and the promotion of teachers' personalities. A new teaching concept -- reflective teaching has become very popular in the educational circles. It emphasizes that students should become positive and active learners while teachers should bear more dynamic and capacities for self-development. 长期以来,人们对如何提高大学外语教学水平一直有着广泛的讨论与研究。直至最近,人们发现影响外语教学水平提高的一个至关重要的因素是教师的自身发展与素质的提高。一种全新的教学理念——反思性教学,越来越受到教育界的普遍推崇。反思性教学强调学生应成为积极主动的学习者,而教师则要具备自我发展的动力与能力。
