摘要
当前的城市总体规划编制,往往仅对人口总量进行分析和预测,没有对人口年龄结构及人口文化素质等进行分析预测。城市总体规划的编制应运用人口普查等信息,采用人口动态模拟的技术,研究人口变化趋势,特别是人口年龄、性别结构、文化素质变化趋势,为劳动力资源、不同年龄人口公建配套设施建设等提供信息。
In the present preparation of the master plan it is often the case that the only analysis and prediction of the total population is carried out without any prediction or analysis on the age structure and cultural elements of the population. The master plan should be prepared based on the population census data, etc. The technology of population dynamic simulation should be adopted in the study of the trend of population change, especially the trend of change in the age structure, gender structure and cultural qualification of the population so that it is possible to provide information on labor resources and for the construction of public facilities for people of different ages.
