摘要
北京中关村科技园区、北京商务中心区、奥运工程的规划建设,在增强北京城市功能、完善城市布局,促进北京经济发展,提升北京的城市形象的同时,对北京和全国规划设计行业产生了巨大的冲击,促进了规划界设计行业的发展。其在规划设计方面的启示有:城市政府对城市规划建设把握正确导向最为关键;重点工程重大项目的规划设计还是要强调和贯彻适用、经济、美观的建设方针;规划工作者不仅要做好规划,更要坚持正确的规划。
