摘要
工业化的发展导致城市人口激增和大规模的住宅建设。在欧洲,大城市的扩张体现在城市外围的居住区和新区的建设上。与此同时,城市改造更新日益成为城市发展的重点。总结了德国居住区在20 世纪,特别是二战以后的发展,对不同时期的居住区和住宅发展的经验和教训进行了分析和介绍。对我国目前及今后的住宅及居住区的发展提供一些借鉴。
The industrialization development causes the urban population to increase sharply with the large-scale residence.In Europe,the big city expansion manifests in the city periphery and in the nrely developed area.In addition,the urban renewel becomes the key point in the urban development day by day.This article summarizes the development of the residential districts in Germany in 20th century,particularly after the World War Ⅱ.The characters of the residential districts in different development phases are analyzed.
