摘要
首先通过对杭州西湖南线整合工程的特点进行论述,继而立足于我国市场经济体制条件下,从社会、经济、政策、环境、文化等方面讨论和分析了这一城市滨水项目开发成功的实践经验。最后期望对我国未来城市滨水区开发和建设有一定程度的启发。
Firstly, by discussing the characteristics on South-line conformity project of Hangzhou Westlake, this paper probes into and analyses the success practical story of this urban waterfront project from the social, economical, political, environmental, cultural aspects under the Chinese socialist market economy. Finally, hopefully it is referential to some extent for the development and construct of Chinese urban waterfront in the future.
