亲亲家园的规划设计围绕几个方面展开;街坊式的居住模式(以Block为基本单元);创造与城市尺度共生的民主、平等、公众的街区;邻里守望、集体防卫;符合人性的“人车共存”;空间的多样性、序列性。
The programming design of Warm-Town is based on these elemenfs： the residential mode of neighbors （the basic units Is Block）, creating the democratic, equal and public blocks, neighbors guard, group defense; ＂men coexist with aufomobiles＂, variety and seriality of space.
