摘要
本文以卧螺离心机旋转组件为实例,介绍一种实用的计算机辅助动平衡方法:应用微型计算机在一般动平衡机上检测旋转件的不平衡信号,并作频谱分析和不平衡矢量分解,迅速算出旋转体上各部件的不平衡质量及其相位。
In this paper an applicable method of computer aided dynamic balancing is introducedwith an example of subassembly of horizontal centrifugal machine. A general dynamic balancing machine was used to measure the unbalance of the rotational components of thesubassembly.The spectrum analysis and unbalancing vector resolution for those unbalance signalswere performed by a microcomputer to determine immediately the unbalancemass and itsphase of individual rotational component of the subassembly.
