固体电解质SO_2气体传感器件

Study on Solid Electrolyte Sensor of Air with SO_2

摘要 以LaF3(掺杂5%CaF2)单晶为固体电解质,Na2SO3、Na2O为参比电极,含不同SO2浓度的空气为待测电极构成敏感浓差电池,对空气中SO2浓度进行测量。在不同温度下,采用电池两极电动势方法进行测量。实验发现,电池两极的电动势与SO2在空气中分压对数、体积分数成正比;电池的响应时间小于6 s.从测量得到的阻抗谱图,发现LaF3(掺杂5%CaF2)单晶在常温下就具有较高的离子电导率,适于作为气体敏感浓差电池的固体电解质材料。 To measure density SO2 in the air,a electrolyte sensor is prepared with Na2SO3 ,Na2O as the reference dectrode, LaF3 as the electrolyte and the air with SO2 as the sensitive electrode. The EMF experiments about the sensor is carried out under lower temperalure. At given temwrature, the relationship between EMF and volume fractions of SO2 is better linear . The response time of the sensor is shorter than 6s. It can be, seen frnm the Z-PLOT that LaF3 is a very good ion conductor material.
