摘要
随着国际贸易竞争越来越激烈,各国纷纷采取技术贸易壁垒作为提高竞争、扩大出口、保护本国贸易的手段。明确技术贸易壁垒的含义,分析技术贸易壁垒的形成原因以及了解WTO对它的规制是有必要的。我国在加入WTO后,应完善自身技术贸易壁垒机制的构建,突破国外的技术贸易壁垒,提高我国贸易的竞争力量。
Along with the competition of the international trade drastically more and more, all countries adopt technical barriers to trade as a means of advancing competition and enlarging export and protecting their own trade one after another. It is necessary to definite the meanings about the technical barriers to trade （TBT）, analyze the reasons why TBT become the barrier in trade and understand the WTO regulations about TBT. After China＇ s entrance into the WTO, we should perfect the TBT system and break other countries＇ TBT to enhance Chinese trade competition power.
