摘要
本文提出了图书馆期刊信息资源开发的概念,并分析了图书馆期刊信息资源开发具备的优势和能力,方式,特征及策略。探讨了图书馆立足于用户需求利用,以知识创新为前提,信息资源积累为开发对象,现代信息技术为手段,开发出新颖,实用,高知识的新产品。
This paper puts forward the concept of irtformation resottrces exploitation of library periodicals and analyzes it advantages, capacity, features, means and strategy. This paper discusses how does the library base itself on user requirement and advance knowledge innovation, as well as make use of modem teclmologies to provide novel, practical and hi-tech products.
