摘要
目的:研究下牙槽神经撕脱术对三叉神经痛患者下颌骨骨密度的影响。方法:对32例单侧型三叉神经第Ⅲ支疼痛患者行下牙槽神经撕脱术,使用双能X线测量仪于术前1 d、术后第2、5年测量双侧下颌骨骨密度。结果:与术前比较,总体上患侧下颌骨骨密度于术后第5年明显降低,其中女性患者于术后第2年已显著下降(P<0.05),而健侧下颌骨骨密度却无明显变化。结论:下牙槽神经的丧失可导致区域性下颌骨代谢紊乱,从而引起骨质疏松。
Objective: The effect of surgical avulsion of the inferior alveolar nerve on the mandible bone density has been analyzed. Methods: Thirtytwo patients (15 men and 17 women, aged from 35 to 65 years) who suffered form unilateral trigeminal neuralgia (the third division) have been treated with surgical avulsion of the inferior alveolar nerve. Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry was used to measure the mandible bone density of both sides 1 day before operation and at years 2, and 5 after the operation. Results: When compared with status before operation, the mandible bone density on the operative side was significantly reduced in all the patients at year 5 after the operation, especially in women the reduction was remarkable at year 2 after the operation (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The avulsion of the inferior alveolar nerve will lead to regionally disordered metabolism in the mandible, in turn mandible osteoporosis may ensue.
