摘要
以无水碳酸钾作催化剂,四丁基溴化铵TBAB作相转移催化剂,运用迈克尔加成反应制备多元羧酸DEMA.采用正交实验得出了最佳合成条件:无水碳酸钾用量为0.02 mol(以丙二酸二乙酯的用量为基础),量比n(丙二酸二乙酯)∶n(丙烯酸甲酯)=1∶2.2,50℃反应12h.用DEMA处理棉织物的急弹折皱回复角达188°,缓弹折皱回复角达218°,表明该产品可以作为抗皱整理剂使用,对棉织物有一定的抗皱效果.
Polycarboxylic acid DEMA was prepd, by Micheal addition with anhydrous potassium carbonate as the catalyst and tetrabutylammonium bromide(TBAB) as the phase-transfer catalyst. The optimal synthetic conditions were obtained by the orthogonal expts., i.e., 0.02 mol of anhydrous potassium carbonate(based on use amt. of diethyl malonate), diethyl malonate:methyl acrylate=1 :2.2 (mol ratio), and reaction at 50 ℃ for 12 h. The cotton fabrics treated with DEMA had fast recovery angle of 188°and slow recovery angle of 218°, showing that DEMA could be used as anti-wrinkle finishing agent that could yield some degree of anti-wrinkle effect.
