门冬氨酸钾镁治疗急性心肌梗死的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察门冬氨酸钾镁治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的临床疗效。方法84例AMI患者随机分为治疗组(n=43)和对照组(n=41),所有病例都给予静脉给药溶栓治疗,治疗组加用门冬氨酸钾镁,对照组给予极化液。观察门冬氨酸钾镁对AMI溶栓治疗中心律失常和心脏性事件发生率的影响。结果两组溶栓再灌注率无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗组心律失常和心脏性事件的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论门冬氨钾镁用于AMI可明显减少心律失常及心脏性事件的发生率。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment of AMI with PMA. Methods 84 cases of such patient were divided into two groups. The therapy group (43 cases) was treated with PMA on base of thrombolysis. The control group (41 cases ) was treated with polarized fluid on base of thrombolysis. The arrhythmia and cardiac accident were observed. Results There was significant difference between two groups in arrhythmia and cardiac accident ( P 〈 0.05) but thrombolysis perfusion. Conclusion The PMA migh decrease the arrhythmia and cardiac accidentof AMI patient.
