2,4-二叔丁基苯酚对啤酒花幼苗光合特性的影响 被引量:16

摘要 采用田间小区试验,研究了不同浓度2,4-二叔丁基苯酚对啤酒花幼苗光合特性的影响.结果表明,低浓度(7.5、15 mmol/m2)的2,4-二叔丁基苯酚能够促进啤酒花幼苗的光合作用,且在一定范围内随浓度的增大促进作用增强,但浓度大于15 mmol/m2时会产生化感抑制作用.2,4-二叔丁基苯酚处理后,啤酒花幼苗的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度的变化为:7.5 mmol/m2浓度处理分别较对照高11.48%、52.40%、40.70%和52.03%;15 mmol/m2浓度处理分别较对照高28.93%、119.05%、89.10%和63.16%,其中光合速率与对照差异显著(P<0.05);22.5 mmol/m2浓度处理分别较对照低34.40%、47.60%、57.18%和37.19%,其中光合速率与对照差异显著(P<0.05).啤酒花幼苗光合速率日变化呈双峰型,最高峰出现在上午9∶00左右,次高峰出现在中午13∶00左右.午间有明显的“午休”现象,相对而言,7.5 mmol/m2和15 mmol/m2浓度处理的幼苗“午休”现象不太明显,气孔因素是导致其午休的主要原因. The effects of different concentrations of phenol, 2,4-bis(1,1 dimethylethyl)- on photosynthetic characters of hops were studied in a field experiment. The results showed that phenol,2,4-his(1, 1- dimethylethyl)- at the concentration of 7.5 mmol/m^2 and 15 mmol/m^2 ,could promote the photosynthesis and in certain the higher of the concentration the stronger of the positive allelopathic effect,but it showed negative allelopathic effect on photosynthesis as the concentration was higher than 15 mmol/m^2. Compared to the control, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and internal CO2 were promoted by 11.48 %,52.40%,40.70 and 52.03% as the treatments were dealt with phenol,2,4-bis(1,1- dimethylethyl)-at the concentration of 7.5 1/m^2 (A1) ,and at the concentration of 15 mmol/m^2 (A2)the four indexes increased by 28.93%,119.05%,89.10 and 63.16% respeetively; phenol,2,4-bis(1,1- dimethylethyl)-at the concentration of 22.5 retool/m^2 (A3)made the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and internal CO2 decrease by 34.40% ,47.60% ,57.18% and 37.19% respectively. The diurnal net photosynthetic rate of hops in sunny day varied with double peak curves,and the peaks occurred at 9 : 00 and 13 : 00 respectively. There was a significant midday depression with hop seedling,butat the concentration of 7.5 mmol/m^2 (A1)and 15 mmol/m^2 (A2)the midday depression was not significant compared to the control. Stornatal factors such as the stomatal conductance were regarded as the main causes of the depression.
