摘要
2004年4月26日,中共中央国务院颁发了《关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》,我们在认真贯彻这一精神的同时,必须高度重视儿童的心理健康问题。青少年儿童的心理健康直接关系儿童是否能健康成长、素质教育是否真正落实、每个家庭是否幸福安宁、社会是否稳定以及国家的未来,因此,全社会关心青少年儿童的心理健康,培养儿童良好的心理素质势在必行。
On April,26th, 2004, the State Council of Central Committee of Communist Party of China issued Several Suggestions about Strengthening and Improving Minors＇ Construction of Morals and Thoughts Further. While we are implementing the gist of document, we must pay great attention to the children＇ s psychological health needs. The psychological health of teenagers and children directly affects whether children can grow up healthy and sound or not; whether quality- oriented education is really implemented or not; whether each family is happy and peaceful or not; whether society is stable or not. It is imperative that the whole society cares about the psychological health of teenagers and children, and their good psychological quality.
