摘要
进修是提高基层医师综合素质的重要途径,妇产科进修医师之培养有其特殊性。本文结合我科多年的带教经验,探讨了妇产科进修医师的培训应因材施教,实行个体化培养方案;通过多种渠道,点面结合,提高了进修医师临床综合诊疗水平;加强管理,提高了带教综合质量。
Refreshing is an important way to improve the comprehensive quality of obstetric and gynecologic doctors at grass rootlevel hospitals. The training of obstetric and gynecologic refreshers is special. With our years' experience in training, we explored the training strategies and made individualized plans for refreshers of different levels. Through various channels, intensive and extensive methods, we improved their comprehensive clinical capabilities and strengthened the. administration to improve the quality of teaching.
