摘要
中小股权在实践和理论两方面都具有及其重要的地位,在实践上,制约着证券市场的发展,在理论上,股权保护体现了虚拟经济与按要素分配的合理性,而虚拟经济与按要素分配又是中国经济发展所不可或缺的。但中小股权却遭遇了制度上的不公平待遇和“内部人”的损害。因此,必须不断加强对中小股权的保护。
Medium and small stock rights are both theoretically and practically important. In practice, they restrict the development of stock market while in theory they demonstrate the rationality of fictitious economy and factor-based distribution, both of which are indispensable for China＇s economic development. However, small and medium stock rights suffered unfair institutional treatment and damage from insiders. Therefore the protection of small and medium stock rights has to be constantly improved.
