摘要
本文归纳了关于商业银行从战略投资者引进管理技术的争论,由此引出了对商业银行管理技术化趋势和商业银行管理技术可移植性的探讨,分析了影响商业银行引进管理技术的因素,探讨了我国商业银行引进管理技术的策略。
This article offers a summary of the debate concerning the introduction of management technologies from strategic investors. Then it discusses the trend of management technologies in commercial banks and whether the management technologies can be transplanted between commercial banks. Finally it analyzes the factors affecting the introduction of management technologies in commercial banks and proposes the strategies of introducing management technologies into China＇s commercial banks.
