The paper illustrates the energy conservation program through serving for high voltage motor energy conservation by energy performance contracting in detail. Energy performance contracting, the low risk and high benefit service manner can realize technology service and energy conservation share by retrofitting the primary device in technology and at last it can get energy saving and economic benefits.
