全磁选流程提铁降硅新工艺新设备研究与实践 被引量:3

摘要 通过对本钢矿山矿石特性的分析,提出了以磁力场和重力场相结合的单一弱磁选精选设备及其相应工艺流程,对铁精矿中的磁性夹杂和非磁性夹杂进行有效分离。生产实践证明,本钢矿山全磁选流程运行通畅,铁精矿质量稳定,铁精矿品位由67.00%提高到68.70%以上,S iO2由7.00%降低到4.80%以下。实现了本钢矿山提铁降硅总体目标,并降低了选矿-炼铁工序系统成本。 With the development of the metallurgical industry, especially the wider application of new iron-making technology and process, the requirements on the iron concentrate quality are continuously raised. Due to the characteristics of China's iron ore resource, the dependence of China's iron-making on the raw materials of both domestic and foreign origins has become the reality. The imported iron ore has a higher grade and lower impurity content than the domestically produced concentrate. In view of this, how to raise the grade and reduce the impurity content of the concentrate has been taken as the matter of paramount importance that relates to the enterprise existence and development by all domestic concentrators.
