摘要
针对深部开采的通风线路长、工作面温度高等问题,介绍了英国的锡汉煤矿、林毕煤矿、威尔茅斯煤矿和赛顿煤矿,南非的劳瑞因金矿,加拿大的留顿矿,国内的青城子选矿厂、云锡矿、桃冲铁矿和红透山铜矿等矿山在巷道掘进和采区中试验研究和应用可控循环技术的现状及其效果;介绍了澳大利亚昆士兰大学、我国的东北大学和淮南矿业学院等院校在该项技术方面的研究工作及成果。提出了对可控循环通风技术研究的主要内容和实施时的注意事项,较详细地叙述了红透山铜矿实施可控循环通风的2个方案和取得的效果。证明了在深井环境中应用可控循环通风技术可以降尘、降湿、降低通风费用,进一步证实了该项技术的优越性和可行性。
In light of the long ventilation line and high temperature at work face in deep mining, the paper describes the present state of the investigation on controlled circulating ventilation technology and its application effect in some UN coal mines,gold mines in South Africa, Ruttan Copper Mine in Canada and some domestic mines such as Qingchengzi concentrator, Yunxi Mine, Taochong Iron Mine and Hongtoushan Copper Mine. The research work made and the achievements obtained in Queensland University in Australia and China's Northeast University and Huainan Mining Institute are also presented. The main contents of the research on controlled circulating ventilation technology and the points needing attention in its application are proposed, and two schemes of its application in Hongtoushan Copper Mine and the results are elaborated. It is demonstrated that the application of controlled circulating ventilation in deep mines can reduce dust, temperature and ventilation cost, thus further verifying the superiority and feasibility of this technology.
