摘要
应用灰色模糊综合评判分析法对甘蔗细茎野生种的远缘杂种F2代进行分析评价。结果表明:云02-228、云03-77、云02-312、云02-281、云02-286、云02-294六个材料综合性状优良,可以作为优良亲本进一步回交利用;云02-317、云02-241需作进一步的试验观察;云02-185、云02-297、云02-325、云02-227应予以淘汰。该结果为甘蔗细茎野生种远缘杂种F2代的进一步选育利用提供了理论依据,增加了选育工作的预见性。
The comprehensive evaluation for distant hybrid F2 generation of sugarcane S. spontaneum were analyzed using fuzzy comprehensive analysis method. The result showed that the comprehensive characteristics of 6 material ( yN 02-228 ,YN 03-77 ,YN 02-312 ,yN 02-281 ,YN 02-286 ,YN 02-294 ) were excellent, which were backcrossed to further use as excellent parents;The material YN 02-317,YN 02-241 need to be observed and tested ; The material YN 02-185,YN 02-297,YN 02-325 ,YN 02-227 would be eliminated. The result provide an theoretical support for further selection and using of distant hybrid F2 generation for sugarcane S. spontaneum.
