摘要
在悬索桥施工过程中,索塔偏心调整是保证结构的受力状态和线形与设计一致的重要环节.不同的施工调整上述偏心的方法各有差异,张拉锚跨丝股法作为一种新的悬索桥施工方法与传统采用预偏主鞍,在施工过程中顶推主鞍的方式不同.通过对澜沧江大桥施工及设计的分析研究,对张拉锚跨丝股法架设悬索桥的施工过程及施工控制的内容和参数进行了介绍,并提出根据施工控制条件制定详细的锚跨丝股张拉过程的循环条件,以此保证结构各构件在施工中是安全的及成桥时能达到设计位置.最后对锚跨丝股分两批张拉进行施工控制模拟,并得出锚固丝股张拉批次越多,张拉次数就会增长的越快等结论.
It is an important part for making sure the harmony of the stress state and configuration of structure to that of design. Different construction applies different method to adjust the eccentricity. As a new method of suspension bridge construction, it is different from preeccentriciting main saddle, incremental hunching main saddle in construction. Through analyzing the construction of lancangjiang bridge, the constmction process, the contents and parameters of costmction control are introduced, and it is presented that according to the condition of construction control, the circulation condition of tensioning of anchor span strands should be make up so that make sure every component of structure is safe in construction and reach the design location in bridge completion stage. In the end, the tensioning process of anchor span strands divided into two groups will be simulated, and the conclusion will be drew that, with the increasing of the bundle of anchor span strands, the frequency of the tensioning of anchor span strands will be rapidly raised.
