摘要
目的筛选低分子壳聚糖口腔膜剂的处方,研制治疗口腔溃疡的新型制剂。方法通过正交设计优化低分子壳聚糖膜剂的处方、制备工艺,以紫外分光光度法测定样品含量,采用改良的释放度测定法测定膜剂体外释放度。结果 3批样品外观符合要求,释放百分率为90%以上。结论样品外观良好,含量均匀,符合要求。采用复合膜技术不仅能掩盖单层膜使用时产生的不良口感,并且使患处药物浓集,从而延长并提高疗效。
Objective To screen the prescription of low molecular chitosan oral pellicle, and prepare a new pharmaceutics for the treatment of oral cavity ulceration. Methods Using direct cross design to improve the prescription and preparation of low molecular chitosan oral pellicle, applying ultraviolet spectrometric photometry to determine the content of the sample, adopting improved releasing rate mensuration to determine the in vitro relea- sing rate. Results The outlook of the samples of the 3 batches accorded with the demands, the releasing percentage was over 90%. Conclusion The samples are with good outlook, even content, and in accordance with the requirement. The complex pellicle technique can not only cover the bad taste while using monolayer pellicle, but can also improve the drug density of the affected part,so that the efficacy is prolonged and improved.
