摘要
由现代科技和市场经济发展而形成的“全球化”浪潮,已经和正在改变着人类的生存方式,公共生活和“公共问题”的凸现就是这种改变的一个重要表征。因此,揭示公共生活的差异共在、对话共识、平等交往的伦理本质;坚持共生、共赢、和谐、合作的公共伦理原则,对于及时抓住“全球化”带来的机遇,有效应对“全球化”提出的挑战,构建和谐社会、和谐世界,具有重要的伦理道德价值和生活实践意义。
The forms ＂global＂ by the modern science and technology and the market economy development the tide is changing survival style of human. Public life and ＂public problem＂ is the important attribute of this change. Therefore, explains the difference of public life and the altogether in, the dialogue and the mutual recognition, the ethics essence of equality association, persists the public ethics principle of paragenesis, both sides altogether win, harmony, cooperation, regarding promptly holds the globla opportunity which causes some challenges, constructs the harmonious society and the harmonious world, has the important significance of ethics morals value and the life practice.
