摘要
目的构建荧光衍生化的LDM辅基蛋白为日后研究LDM对肿瘤组织的靶向性打下基础。方法采用FITC直接标记法对LDM辅基蛋白进行标记,用Sephadex G15葡聚糖凝胶柱和透析法去除未标记上的FITC,用MALDI-TOF质谱检测连接效果。结果LDM辅基蛋白与FITC偶联的分子比为1∶1。结论LDM辅基蛋白可以标记上FITC荧光物质。
Objective To label LDM apoprotein with FITC. Methods LDM apoprotein was labeled with FITC directly in alkaline environment. It was purified with Sephadex G15 gel column and dialysis, and was identified by MALDI-TOF. Results To label LDM apoprotein with FITC was successful, the ratio of the two molecules is 1 : 1. Conclusion LDM apoprotein may be labeled with FITC.
