加速溶剂萃取-离子色谱测定油菜籽饼中的植酸 被引量:10

摘要 采用加速溶剂萃取(ASE)快速萃取油菜籽饼中的植酸,并用KOH梯度淋洗,Ion Pac AS11离子色谱柱分离,电导检测.实验结果显示植酸萃取的最优条件是:萃取剂为0.5 mol/l的HCl水溶液;萃取温度50℃.发现ASE萃取与传统的振荡萃取相比有很大的优势,萃取时间短,萃取效率高.在所选的色谱条件下,植酸具有很好的线性和重现性以及较低的检出限.检出限为9.45μg.L-1,样品的回收率为:101.1%. An ASE-IC method was developed for the extraction and determination of the phytic acid in rapeseed. The extraction was carried by using ASE. ASE took the advantage over traditional extraction on less extraction time and higher extraction rate. The phytic acid was separated by gradient elution on an Ion Pac AS11 column and was detected by conductivity detector. The determination limit of the method for Phytic acid was 9. 45μg/L. The recovery of for the analysis sample was between 96%~104%.
