摘要
用高分辨电子显微镜研究了含铜高纯低碳钢固溶态的组织结构特征。结果表明,该钢经固溶处理后其组织为铜分布不均匀的过饱和铁素体。这种过饱和铁素体基体上分布着大量纳米级的有序畴结构。
It is essential to investigate solution treatment before aging in order to understand the strengthening mechanism of Cu-bearing low carbon steel. The mierostruetures of high purity Fe-1.12Cu steel have been investigated by means of HREM. The result showed that copper was distributed inharmoniously in the supersaturation ferrite after solution treatment, in which a large number of namostrueture ordering domain was distributed.
