摘要
针对因经济、技术等因素的制约,当前众多中小型工矿企业自动化水平较低、采用大型计算机系统易造成资源浪费的现状,介绍了自行研制的适合中小型生产过程特点的小型计算机控制系统,包括组态和运行两大部分。使用可视化组态平台,可快速方便地开发出经济实用的监控系统。运行平台是交互式的图形用户界面,具有数据实时采集处理、历史数据存储和浏览、报警显示和对复杂工业对象的远程控制等功能,并内嵌OPC服务器,便于对系统进行远程访问和控制。应用结果表明,该系统具有良好的开放性和可靠性,各项功能正常,能满足实际工业生产的需要。
To the problem that the automatic level of many small-middle industrial enterprises is low because of economy and technology restriction currently, a small computer-controlled system oriented to industrial process is developed, including the parts of configuration and running. The visual configuration platform can configure the monitoring system of industrial processes. The nmning platform has graphic interactive interface. Its functions are to acquire and process real-time data, storage and browse historical data, alarm and display fault information, especially control sophisticated industrial plants. The running platform has an OPC Server inside, which makes the access and remote control of the system convenient. The system has good openness and reliability, and is satisfactory for practical production.
