摘要
哈萨克斯坦地处中亚,其地理位置特殊,战略资源丰富,自古以来一直是兵家必争之地。美国借助攻打阿富汗,实现了对中亚的军事介入,严重削弱了俄罗斯在中亚的传统地缘政治优势。处在大国势力夹缝中的哈萨克斯坦奉行“大国平衡”的外交政策,积极发展与中国的合作关系,冀以谋求自身的最大利益。“9.11”事件以后,美国通过经济援助、政治和军事合作对这一地区进行积极渗透,已对中国在中亚的经济和安全利益形成了新的挑战。
Kazakhstan lies in Central Asia. Geographically, the country occupies a contested strategic position since ancient times. The War of Afghanistan enabled the U.S. to realize its military intervention into Central Asia, heavily undermining Russia＇s traditional geopolitical superiority in the region. Wedged between the great powers, Kazakhstan follows a policy of ＂balance among the great powers＂ and actively develops cooperative relations with China so as to obtain its maximal interests. Since the September 11 Incident, with its economic aid and political military cooperation, the U.S. has become actively involved in the region and thus constituted new challenges to China＇s economic and security interests in Central Asia,
