摘要
枪弹逐层烧毁法是报废枪弹烧毁的一种重要的方法,是今后报废枪弹处理的主要手段。在实验的基础上,分析了枪弹发射药的燃烧产物的状态参数,建立了烧毁系统的热力学模型并推导出了烧毁笼排出气体的温度及流速与泄气面积的关系,为控制排出气体的流速、防止出现爆轰、确保系统安全等提供理论依据。
Burnout the bullet layer by layer is an important method used in the bullet destroying by the fire. It will be the main method to dispose the salvaged bullet. The state parameter of the gas is analyzed when the propellant of the bullet is burning. The thermodynamics model of the burning system is established and deduced the temperature of the exhausting gas and the relationship between the current rate and the area of exhaust side. It can be used to control the current rate and insure the safety of the burning system.
