摘要 肾上腺素(AD)是一种人体儿茶酚胺类神经递质,对其的分析测定在医学和生物学研究中有着重要的意义。详细介绍了AD各类分析检测方法的原理、研究进展,并对目前常用的各种检测方法在检测限、特异性、检测速度、简便性、检测成本、自动化程度等方面进行了分析和比较,最后,对AD的快速检测方法的发展方向及其应用进行了展望。 The detection of adrenaline plays a significant roll in the field of medicine and biology. Introduced the principles and applications on varied detection methods of adrenaline, and analysed all kinds of methods on the detection limit, specify, speed, simplicity, cost and automation. In addition, forward the perspective development and application of adrenaline detection methods.
