摘要
实验对木香采用三种不同的方法进行煎煮,并对所得汤液中挥发油及浸膏进行含量测定,通过比较得出:木香浸泡煎煮20分钟左右汤液中挥发油收得率最高,随着煎煮时间的延长,汤液中挥发油含量有所下降,但不显著。浸膏煎出量随煎煮时间的延长而递增。
We made the decoction of Chinese medicine Radix Aucklandiae in three different ways, and measured the content of the essensal oil and extracts in the decoction. By comparison, we concluded that the content of the essensal oil in the decoction is highest when thc Radix Aucklandiae is soaked before being boiled for about 20 minutes. With the boiling time getting longer, the content of the essensal oil drops, but is not remarkable. The content of the extracts increases with the time getting longer.
