微螺钉种植体支抗在成人牙列缺损正畸中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨微螺钉种植体在成人牙列缺损患者中的支抗应用。方法:成人牙列缺损、常规正畸支抗难以完成矫治的患者9例,分A、B、C3组。治疗前后取标准牙牙合模型,拍X线头颅定位侧位片。常规手术植入微螺钉种植体。结果:A组磨牙平均压低3.81 mm,对牙合第1磨牙种植义齿修复。B组第2磨牙竖直、压低,牙排列整齐,恢复咬牙合功能。C组切牙切缘平均内收3.02 mm,患者牙排列整齐,侧貌改善明显。结论:微螺钉种植体是一种具有稳固、舒适等特点的支抗,可以代替传统的支抗,在成人牙列缺损患者中发挥强大的支抗作用,扩大临床矫治的适应症。 Objective: To study the effects of microscrew anchorage for adult defect of dentition. Methods: Nine adult patients who were difficult in orthdontic treatment with nomal orthdontic anchorage treatment were divided into three groups. Microscrews were implanted to replace the traditional anchorage. Standard models and lateral cephal-grams were taken at the beginning and the end of the treatment. Results: In group A the molars were average intruded 3.81 mm without unwanted side effects. In group B the microscrews were used to upright and intrude the lower second molars efficiently and in group C the incisors moved 3.02 mm palatelly and the dentition were well-arranged with good profile of the patients. Conclusion: Microscrew implant is an effective anchorage used in adults with defect of dentition to intrude the molars, uprighting the molar and retracting the anterior teeth.
