摘要
目的探讨多虑平对咽异感症的疗效。方法回顾性分析2004年6月～2005年1月83例咽异感症患者的临床资料。结果咽异感症患者中焦虑倾向和焦虑症的发生率明显高于一般人群,治疗咽异感症时多虑平组有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后焦虑倾向和焦虑症患者在总体中所占百分比明显下降。结论有焦虑倾向和焦虑症的咽异感症患者可应用多虑平治疗。
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of doxepin on abnormal sensation of throat. METHODS Retrospective analysis on the clinical manifestation of 83 cases with abnormal sensathon of throat which had been diagnosed and treated from June,2004 to Januay,2005 were mad. RESULTS In patients with abnormal sensation of throat, more anxiety disorders were found than that of normal people. The validity ratio in the group of treated by doxepin is higher than the control group. The percentage of patients with anxiety had obviously decreased after treatment with doxepin. CONCLUSION Doxepin can be used for treatment of patients with abnormal sensation of throat and anxiety.
