摘要
收入分配改革最近受到舆情高度关注，决非偶然，改革体现了中央政府希冀通过改革达到”社会公平“，达到”发展成果由人民共享“的社会良好愿景。笔者认为，三大主因促成新一轮收入分配改革：
The reform of the revenue distribution system in China is inevitably entangled with the monopoly power of people with high-income. The restraint of this power and the establishment of social equality guarantee system are two parallel measures in an integrated reform program.The new round of revenue distribution reform is just another step toward the construction of a real social equality system, for which the government is still faced with a great challenge.
