摘要
从互动的概念出发,阐述了图书馆互动的模式及其在图书馆具体服务过程中的应用,论述了图书馆与读者之间的交流与互动,不仅是为读者提供优质服务的需要,也是图书馆实现其自身社会价值的需要。
Starting from the concept of Mutual Action, the paper has expounded the models of library mutual action and its application in actual library service process, discussed the exchange and mutual action between library and readers. It is not only the requirement of providing quality service to the readers, but also the requirement of library to realize its own social values.
