摘要
自加入WTO后,我国的对外贸易快速发展。与此同时,我国遭遇的国际贸易摩擦也日益频繁。其原因主要在于国际贸易保护主义的新发展、我国贸易体制和结构中存在的问题以及“中国威胁论”的影响。努力探索化解中外贸易摩擦的有效途径,对我国维护国内产业安全、促进对外贸易顺利发展、保证国民经济正常健康运行具有极其重要的意义。
The international trade has increased greatly after China entering WTO, become more and more frequent. Its reasons lie in the new development of international trade protectionism, the shortcomings in our trade system and structure and the influence of the ＂Theory of Chinese Menace＂. Exploring effective ways to resolve the international trade frictions will play an active role in safeguarding the domestic industries, developing the external trade and ensuring the normal and healthy operation of the national economy.
