摘要 为满足塑料封装二极管体积小、重量轻的编带要求,设计了振动给料、气动驱动、电器控制系统,在西门子S7-200PLC控制作用下,EasyVIEW触摸屏实现参数设定。整机操作灵活、简便,实现自动运行、单步运行和单机构动作的功能。生产实践表明,整机自动化提高了生产效率、节省劳动力、降低劳动强度,速度比人工操作提高5倍,产品质量得以保证。 In order to meet the requirement of plastic leading packaging of small outline diodes, a system controlled by Siemens S7 - 200 PLC is designed. The system equips with vibrating feeding, pneumatic drive and electric control. The parameters setting is realized on EasyVIEW touch screen. The integrated unit is operated flexibly and simply, and running either automatically or by jogging, even acting the mechanism individually. The productive practice shows that the efficiency is enhanced, the labors are saved, and the intension is decreased. The integrated automation is six times the speed of the manual operation, while the quality is guaranteed.
